REQUESTING REFUND OR STORE CREDIT:
Your satisfaction is important so returns are accepted unless otherwise stated. If a refund or store credit is issued, the purchase price of the item plus applicable sales tax will be credited. All eligible refunds are made to the original form of payment. We cannot issue a refund to gift recipients; however, you may request a replacement of the item. All returns require prior authorization by contacting Customer Service for RMA#. Items must be in same condition as shipped to you. If an item is received damaged or wrong item, please contact Customer Service immediately “ within 24 hrs “ after delivery.
Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive the returned product. There is a 30% restocking fee for all returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
