By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or natural and unavoidable catastrophes for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Charges notice for further information.
i. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. By accepting delivery of any product ordered from ceceshair, you “customer” agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and ceceshair agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between customer and ceceshair. Any attempt to amend, alter, modify, or supplement these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and are null and void. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from ceceshair. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
b.Pricing and Availability:
i. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of tax. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
ii. The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, product image or return policies.
i. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been ship.
The availability of each item we sell on ceceshair.com is shown on the product description page. Most in stock items ship within one business day of when you place your order (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.) (By “shipped,” we mean the item has left our fulfillment center.) Our goal is to offer you the hottest items as soon as possible. The availability of any item we sell is subject to change.
We are currently shipping to the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses. Please note: we cannot ship to a PO Box.
When you set up your account, you can establish a shipping address to use on all orders. The address can be stored in your account and selected for use as desired. For your convenience, you can access your account at any time to make changes to this information.
ADDRESS or ORDER CHANGE:
We Can’t Make Changes To Your Order or shipping address once you submit your order. Only the SHIPPING METHOD can be change. To Make Changes your Shipping Method, Call customer service phone number During business Hours. Please, Have Your Order Number. We Do Not Take Change Via E-Mail because It Is Unlikely We Will Receive The Message In Time To Make An Adjustment Due To The large volume of Emails We Receive Each Day.
We offer you three shipping options to meet your needs when shipping in the contiguous US and one option for shipments to Canada. At this time, we are not able to ship to PEI. Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order to help you choose a shipping option. Currently, our shipping options are as follows:
Note: Please allow extra shipping time for orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands. Also, note that there may be an additional fee of $xx applies to shipments outside of the contiguous US and additional fee of $xx for shipments to Canada.

FOR SHIPMENTS TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES:
- Standard Shipping Only: APO/FPO orders are ship out via USPS. Delivery will take approximately 1- 4 weeks + 24-72 hrs to process the order.
FOR SHIPMENTS TO CANADA/ INTERNATIONAL:
- Standard Shipping:- Canada allow 5-9 business days from date shipped, longer for outlying areas and International.
Please note that for shipments of merchandise to Canada and International the purchaser/recipient of the merchandise is the importer of recorder “Importer” and is responsible for complying with all the customs laws and regulations for importing such merchandise.At check-out, the total amount doesn’t include applicable sales tax, duties and fees.
When your order consists of multiple items, we will always attempt to group your items into as few shipments as possible. At times, when your order contains multiple items, it may be necessary to send your items in separate shipments to ensure that you receive them in a timely manner. In this case, you’ll only be charged the order-processing fee for the first shipment. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before your submit your order.
Some orders MAY require 24-72 hrs processing time before shipping. Ceceshair does not process orders on weekends or holidays. No deliveries will be made On Saturday or Sunday. Ceceshair does not guarantee same day shipping. All orders shipped within Georgia will be charged state sales Tax. Please note that the sales tax is calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling. Exact delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico And Virgin Island cannot be guaranteed. Ceceshair reserves the right to use any shipping carrier to ship out order. Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box Or Military address. If you select express shipping method to P.O. Box Or Military address shipping difference from express to priority shipping cost will be issued and package will ship priority mail. Ceceshair reserves the right to charge customer(S) as needed to cover the full amount that is due for any past due amounts. Ceceshair is in no way responsible for any shipment that is not delivered and by purchasing from Ceceshair you are agreeing to these terms and hereby forfeit any right to dispute any shipment that has been delayed, stolen, or non-deliverable due to force majeure or has been miss-deliverer.
- One ship method per order. If shipping to Canada and International your order will be ship standard only.
- Please check the availability of product and shipping approximations of each item in your order to ensure timely delivery.
LOSS & DELAY PACKAGE:
Ceceshair will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the customer shipping address and risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Lost Package Will Go Through Trace Department (UPS, FedEx Or/And USPS) And Trace Will Take UP TO 30 Business Days To Complete Before We Can Either Issue Refund, Reprocess, Or Store Credit. Ceceshair will advise customer of estimated shipping dates, but ceceshair under no circumstances will be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control.
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return some items sold by ceceshair.com within 24hrs of delivery for a replacement or a refund or store credit. Items that are not permitted to be replaced or returned are described below under “Ineligible Returns/Replacements.”
INELIGIBLE RETURN OR REPLACEMENT:
We cannot accept for return or replacement any item that has been opened, unless it arrived damaged. If an item was sold as a set, individual elements of that set cannot be returned for a refund. (Please return the entire set if you are requesting an eligible refund or replacement or store credit.) All clearance & sales items are final sale. No refund or store credit available. Any product without RMA#. Any product not purchased directly from ceceshair. Any product that is returned without original packaging & accessories, including box, inside packaging, & all other items originally included with the product. Any product that exhibits physical damage or used.
DEFECTIVE or WRONG PRODUCTS:
If you have a defective product, please contact our customer Care department. If you received wrong or defective product (color, item, size, length, etc) please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving the item(s) for us to investigate on the matter. We require you to take picture of the wrong item & email it to our customer care department to verify that you received wrong or defective item(s). Once we verify that you received wrong or defective item we will email you a pre-paid return label for you to send the wrong item back to us. However, if you can’t drop the item at a drop-off location or if you are located in Military installation or international we ask you to mail the item back to us via USPS priority mail and enclose the receipt inside the box for us to refund the shipping cost back to you.
i.We will ship out correct item once we verify that you have mailed out incorrect item back to us.
ii.If you want to get refunded we will refund once we receive item and inspect the item.
REQUESTING A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHRIZATION (RMA#):
You are a valued customer, and we want your shopping experience with us to be hassle-free. If you do need to return an item to us and the item is eligible for return, please call our customer service to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and information on how to print a return label. Please note that we cannot accept any returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization #. All unauthorized returns will be returned to sender. At our sole discretion, we may accept returns for exchange, store credit or refund. If we don’t receive wrong item within 5 calendar days of you contacting us we will void out the return label & reject the wrong item back to you.
Processing Time;- most orders are processed within the same day if the order was received before 1 P.M. EST. All items returns require a Return RMA#. You may obtain an RMA# through customer service.
The following products are not eligible for return, and will be sent back to you at your cost & expense if received by us:- Any product without RMA#. Any product that exhibits physical damage or used. -Clearance & sales items are final sale. No refund or store credit available. – Any product not purchased directly from ceceshair. – Any product that is returned without original packaging & accessories, including box, inside packaging, & all other items originally included with the product.
PACKING SENDING YOUR RETURN:
1.Once you have received your Return Merchandise Authorization, pack the items securely in a box. You can use the box that the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. Please ensure all old shipping labels and barcodes have been removed.
2.Affix the shipping label securely to the outside of the box.
3.Send your Return to us using an insured or trackable shipping that is most convenient for you.
During the Return Merchandise Authorization, you can request a replacement for the same item if it arrives damaged. At this time, exchange for different items are not possible, but you are welcome to place a new order on our website at ceceshair.com.
REQUESTING REFUND OR STORE CREDIT:
Your satisfaction is important so returns are accepted unless otherwise stated. If a refund or store credit is issued, the purchase price of the item plus applicable sales tax will be credited. All eligible refunds are made to the original form of payment. We cannot issue a refund to gift recipients; however, you may request a replacement if the item. All returns require prior authorization by contacting Customer Service. Items must be in same condition as shipped to you. If an item is received damaged or wrong item, please contact Customer Service immediately “ within 24 hrs “ after delivery.
Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive the returned product. There is a 30% restocking fee for all returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
Again you MUST contact us within 24 hrs after delivery, if you intend to return ANY item sent from ceceshair.com. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN:
Please allow 2-3 days to process your return. You will receive notification via e-mail confirming that your return has been received and processed. If, after 5 days, you still have not received e-mail or confirmation, please contact our Customer Service Department. Please allow up to two billing cycles for any eligible refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement (depend on your bank).
When packages are returned to us, as an undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you via phone or e-mail in order to re-ship the order at your cost. If you are concerned that there may be an issue with the delivery of your order, you can call our Customer Service Center.
Restocking fee up to 30% may apply to all returns for refund or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refund or store credit after 15 calendar days (for US Continental orders) Or 20 calendar days (for international or US Military Installation orders).
For “Return to sender” or “Delivery Refused” there will be a 30% restocking fee from the subtotal. For “return to sender” or “Delivery Refused” shipping cost will not be refunded. Ceceshair is not responsible for the shipping cost to have the package reshipped If requested.
For International orders, if the package returns back to us due to fault not of ceceshair (I.E. importation restriction, Etc) Ceceshair will refund less shipping & handling charge & may charge 15% Of subtotal restocking Fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for by the services provided by Fedex, UPS and USPS and will not be refunded to you unless it was ceceshair error.
CANCELING OR CHANGING AN ORDER:
Once an order has been submitted, you must call our Customer Service Center to cancel it. At this time, change for different items are not possible, but you are welcome to place a new order on our website at ceceshair.com. We are unable to honor customer requested to cancel or change orders that have already entered the shipping process with the exception of remaining items in a partially shipped order. You may request your order to be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed & shipped. Simply call customer service phone number during business hours to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your Credit/Debit Card in approximately 2-5 business days. We do not take cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to cancelled the order due to the large volume of emails we receive each day.
ACCURACY of OF INFORMATION; IMAGE; PRICE; REVISIONS; ETC:
Ceceshair strives for accuracy in all Products descriptions, photographs, compatibility, references, detailed specifications, rricing, Links & any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our Web site. Due to human error & other determinates we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility, references, detailed specifications, pricing, links & any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can ceceshair assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on ceceshair Web site is labeled with an incorrect information or price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, Ceceshair shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other Web sites from ceceshair.com are provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or professional opinion. Ceceshair does not assume responsibility for the claims and/or representations made on these or any other Web sites.
Ceceshair is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications, physical appearance. In the interest of our customers, ceceshair puts forth its best efforts to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual. Unfortunately there are varying determinates which, although infrequent, could cause the information on ceceshair Web site to become outdated without our immediate knowledge. This includes but is not limited to color revisions, color deviations that may be considered inconsequential by the manufacturer. Ceceshair relies on the manufacturer to communicate these differences. Presently we have no way of alerting customers prior to purchase in the event the manufacturer fails to do so.
